Privacy policy
The data GoFree keeps to operate accounts, payments and support.
Account information
We keep the 14-character customer ID, information you enter, your Telegram ID when you use the bot, and language preferences. Passwords are hashed with Argon2, and the TOTP secret is stored encrypted.
Payments and support
Amount, method, invoice reference, status and transaction reference are retained for accounting and dispute handling. GoFree does not store your wallet private key. Messages and files sent to support are used to resolve your request.
Data we do not collect
GoFree does not record browsing destinations, packet content, communication text or users’ browsing history. Operational monitoring is limited to aggregate connection success, latency, packet loss, protocol and carrier metrics without traffic destinations.
Security and retention
Administrative access is restricted and audited. Data is kept only as long as needed for service delivery, financial duties, fraud prevention and claims. Access, correction or deletion requests can be submitted through support; some financial records may need to be retained by law.
