Rules for using a GoFree account, payments and connectivity service.
Permitted use
You are responsible for following the laws that apply where you live and use the service. The service may not be used for unauthorized access, malware, spam, harassment, child exploitation, infringement of others’ rights, or activity that harms networks or people.
Account security
Login details and subscription links are confidential. You are responsible for protecting your password and Authenticator access. Unusual use may result in a temporary restriction while the account is reviewed.
Payment and delivery
Checkout inside Telegram uses Stars only; crypto checkout is on the independent website. A successful payment does not directly authorize a Hiddify change: orders are delivered after system controls and approval. Blockchain transfers are irreversible, and assets sent over the wrong network may not be recoverable.
Quality and refunds
Connectivity depends on carrier, country, device and restrictions outside GoFree’s control, so uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Refund requests are reviewed against delivery, usage, payment method and applicable rules. Stars payments are handled through the bot’s payment-support process.
